The chalet is very small, with no utensils—no plates, no cutlery, just a grill and a barbecue. I had to ask for a plate at the local restaurant, which refused to lend even one. Honestly, these chalets aren’t worth it. The pool area has bad music—cracked speakers, loud bar music, and a somewhat rowdy crowd. The place has potential; the restaurant with a pizzeria and live music is great, and there’s a large area for walking. Don’t expect too much.

I loved how well‑located the spot was and the staff were organized and perfect. The beds were uncomfortable, the room had a bit of dirt and spider webs, and an air conditioner, a newer bed, and deeper cleaning would make it flawless.

I felt a strong connection with nature, the place was peaceful and cozy, and the cleaning was spot‑on; the breakfast spread was generous and well‑served. I have no complaints.

“Acomodação SUJA”

The buffet at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, but the chalet was dirty with dog droppings on the floor and even had a frog inside. I only noticed this when I arrived Saturday night and it wasn’t until Sunday morning that we realized the issue. The bathroom was tiny, not suitable for a wheelchair user, and the shower produced dirty, dark water.

“Não recomendo a ninguém.”

The natural setting was nice, but the shower didn’t work; when turned on, water splashed everywhere. The broom and mop were left in the shower, there was no soap, and the room window was glass without curtains. At the back of the lodge, they claimed there were puppy dogs, and indeed there were, but they were all dirty in a tiny space, making me want to cry over the poor treatment.
