The location is superb—perfect if you’re heading to Milan’s Udine or Jesolo. The Wi‑Fi signal is a bit weak, though.

The property is gorgeous, newly renovated, and set in a hamlet of Latisana, with a very roomy bedroom and bathroom; breakfast was superb, featuring homemade pastries and produce from the owners’ farm, and the owner herself was extremely kind and sociable. I booked the “family room” that was advertised as having a double bed and a double sofa bed, assuming both could be used (I was traveling with a friend and didn’t want to share a bed), but the owner told me on arrival I hadn’t requested two separate beds and charged me €10 for the extra linen and preparation.

“Favoloso”

The building is gorgeous and easy to reach. The staff, Alessandro and his family, are extraordinary and make you feel at home. Traveling with two kids, they immediately put me at ease and made the children’s stay enjoyable. They were so helpful they even let us keep the room until the last minute so I could feed and settle the kids without rushing. Thank you ❤️

“Gerne nochmal”

The room is very clean and beautifully furnished, and it’s quiet because there aren’t many rooms overall. Breakfast is generous, everything you could need is available, and it’s freshly prepared every day. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

A fantastic place that’s definitely worth a visit! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness is truly top‑level. A major plus is the opportunity to dine dinner in a unique setting among vineyards. Beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere, and an unforgettable experience. Breakfast is delicious, varied, and plentiful—highly recommended!
