“Wonderful peaceful green place, feels a million miles from Bangkok”

I loved this place! It’s a beautiful, peaceful green location that feels a million miles from the city. The rooms are large, comfortable, spotless, and can be serviced daily if you wish. Each room has a big fridge, quiet efficient air‑con, and good Wi‑Fi. The balcony feels almost like being in the trees. Beyond the house is a space where many people gather for activities—kayaking and various crafts—but the house itself is quiet and most guests leave by the end of the day. I used the free bicycles during the day to visit the big park/nature reserve, the floating market, and to cycle around quiet rural roads. Evenings were spent on the balcony watching birds, bats, and occasional fireflies. There’s no food or restaurant on site, but drinks are available, a decent convenience store is nearby, and several restaurants surround the area, plus all the food at the floating market. The man who runs it is very kind and friendly and will help with anything you need, including booking moto‑taxis. I had worked in Bangkok for 8 or 9 months before coming here and wish I’d come sooner; I’d have returned regularly. As it stands, 5 of my last 7 weekends in Bangkok were spent here. It will be by far my best memory of this year in Thailand and I was sad to leave for the last time. Nothing negative.
