Fantastic location, amazing staff, and very good breakfast. The onsen was wonderful after a day on the slopes. Nothing else to note.

Excellent breakfast, excellent location, restaurant downstairs serves good food. Very good service. Has washing machine and dryer too!. Small mirror in room but usable when sit on the chair

The location is great for catching buses and for the base of the mountain, and the staff are lovely. The traditional breakfast options are nice and the rooms are spacious. The room I stayed in was a bit older and a little worn, there aren’t many dining choices nearby, and we were unlucky that the kids’ parks were closed.
