The building is in a great spot in Old City Chiang Mai, perfect for walking to nearby temples. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I would definitely return.

My room on the third floor was fine and quiet; it had a fan and air conditioning, though the remote was removed and not offered to me. Unfortunately, there was no front desk—when I arrived around 8 pm, an Irish gentleman called and handed me the key, but no one was around to give me information. A fresh coat of paint on the walls would be nice.

It was absolutely fine for the price! The check‑in was flexible, and the host replied within minutes when I sent a message. It can be a little noisy, but that’s due to the street, not the room itself.
