The spot is in a prime area, right across from Giovanni’s pizza, close to a yoga studio, and just a hop away from Havelock Mall where you can catch a movie or grab a bite. When I first checked in, I had to ask the staff to demonstrate how to unlock the street‑level door because the key for the outside door is confusing, and many guests end up ringing the bell repeatedly. Since it was a weekend, the staff were absent, so we had to go down and answer the door for those guests. The glass doors let in a bit of light through the cracks. Aside from that, the place is nice, full of natural light, and well‑equipped. The mini‑fridge had tea and even milk cartons, and they provided bottled water.

The space is huge and stunning. It’s close to great pizza, sushi, and cookie shops.

A cozy guesthouse with three rooms, two of which were taken by staff. The room was clean, spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful (though sometimes you need to ring more for them to notice 😀). Nothing bothered me there.
