“Unpleasant”
I loved the location and the breakfast, but the lady at the front desk was downright rude!

The room was huge—a king suite—and that was great, but the desk chair and lamp were broken even though we reported it; the temperature was set at 66 degrees, freezing, and there were loud noises at night.

Everything was clean, there were no musty smells, and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was okay, but the coffee at breakfast was pretty mediocre.

The staff at check‑in were very nice and super helpful, yet the room had a strange stale cigarette smell.
