住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The staff were very friendly, and the room and breakfast were fine. The property sits on a busy road, so the window couldn't stay open because of the heavy traffic, and the blackout curtains and blinds didn’t darken the room properly.

Just a suggestion: it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.
