The design is incredible, one of the most beautiful hotels I've seen. The staff do their best, but it's clear they lack the training required for a hotel of this level and price.

The hotel is perfect! We loved everything during our stay, from the outstanding service of all staff to the comfort, calm, and privacy of the place. The food was tasty, the drinks superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

A special thank you goes to the entire Anacardier crew—Antônio, Italo, Ramon, Nicolas, Melissa, Elias, Pedro, and Beatriz—whose dedication made our stay so pleasant and relaxing. The days were wonderful, filled with comfort, hospitality, and top‑class service. We would definitely come back! We didn't encounter anything that ruined our stay, but we did wish there were more seating options in the suite. Besides the bed, there was only a hammock, and adding a chair or another comfortable seat would have made the space even nicer and more functional.
