The vibe and the staff were friendly, and the place felt safe and efficient, but I wish there had been a cooler in my room.

The hotel is very comfortable, including the common areas, and the bedding is excellent. The staff are extremely kind, always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast is very good, with a view from the rooftop terrace over Lyon. The location is ideal, right in the center near the Musée des Beaux-Arts. Nothing to add.

The location is pretty central, and the rooftop terrace is lovely on sunny days, though it’s only open for limited hours. The shower in the room was left open and there was no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom stayed wet after I showered; plus there was only one towel for two people, and one of the towels had to be used to dry the floor.
