Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood

“Excellent stay. Wonderful staff. Delicious food. Beautiful neighborhood.”

Everything about the stay was wonderful! The front desk was welcoming, friendly, and warm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the highlight, with excellent food and service. We’ve decided to book only with Hilton from now on. Great job, Hilton‑Brentwood! Every staff member, from the front desk to the dining area, was professional, clean, and showed awesome hospitality. No negatives; we enjoyed everything and are very satisfied.

“Overall, my stay was ok. I would stay again.”

The staff were great, but the mattress and pillows felt uncomfortable, the fridge was frozen and not cooling, and the AC unit made a lot of noise.

The hotel sits in a convenient, quiet spot with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; the room itself was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the traffic on the road in front of the hotel moving too fast—be careful if you park on the street; really Brentwood, do something about that.

“It was a nice, clean hotel and we would stay there again”

We liked the location and the friendly staff, though the ongoing remodeling made the place a bit messy, which is expected when construction is happening.

The service was consistent, but I ordered breakfast from the order taker and never received it; after about 15 minutes I asked her, she apologized and offered to reorder it, but by then it was too late and I had to leave for a meeting.
