The spot is perfect, but my room lacked a Smart TV and there was no gym.

I liked the location, the staff, the breakfast, and they upgraded my room, but the false ceiling kept birds running around just as I was about to fall asleep, the shower drainage was bad, and the toilet seat wasn’t fixed properly.

The only good thing was the location; the front desk guy handling early check‑in and late check‑out was clueless, didn’t get that an Indian passport is the ID proof, and after I paid the full amount for check‑in, he claimed I still owed 4300 INR—what a waste of a Best Western. The bathroom was worse, with beds that had sharp edges that cut me every time I got out.

The room didn’t have any toiletries except soap, and the window was sealed but opened only on request.
