The food was excellent! The spa was excellent, reserved and relaxing. The room was cozy and very clean. The location was great. Table assignments were tailored to the type of guests (reserved for couples etc). The dinner music event was discreet and well organized. In the room the full mirror was missing. In the bathroom an extra light over the mirror would be nice. The restaurant staff were not uniform (some very professional, others less so).

Excellent hotel! A very nice surprise. Our room was perfect and very large with balcony. We had taken the dinner package: excellent, just like breakfast. The person is really attentive and very, very kind. We recommend and will come back. Very nice walks to do around this city.

We were given an upgraded room that was amazing (311). Two balconies, both with stunning views. The check‑in staff were amazing as were the dinner/breakfast staff. Our entire experience at this hotel was first rate. Only wish we stayed here longer. There was nothing to dislike.

Comfortable, clean, plenty of quality amenities inside the property. Excellent staff, very friendly and approachable. Food tasty and great. All praise and recommendations!

The only drawback was a bit too much noise from the nearby road and traffic, but it’s hard for the hotel to improve that.
