“todo espectacular”
The stay was excellent overall, but the payment process was unclear; I had to explicitly state that I wanted to pay by card in advance, and only after insisting did they provide a CBU for the transaction.

I couldn't make it, and they cancelled my reservation due to overbooking, forcing me to reschedule my weekend; they treated me poorly and still tried to charge me.

The place was excellent, with great sauna and spa facilities, and there were no complaints.

The breakfast was incredibly tasty, and we also dined there for dinner, everything was exquisite.

The restaurant was good, but the fridge could have had water.
