Overall it was okay, but the bathroom was extremely damp and at night a creaking sound could be heard from a closed door with the air‑conditioning off. The bathroom lacks a hair dryer and there is no lift to the fourth floor, which is tiring, especially for older guests.

The value for money was good. There are many play areas, the food is very good and everything is very clean. The private beach is a plus, but the lounge‑chair mattresses should be replaced, and if the sand were loosened and clean it would be perfect.

“Complex Mediterranean - hotel Mercur”

Near the beach, the food menu isn’t huge but you always find something to satisfy your hunger; everything was fresh and well cooked. The rooms were fine, hot water was available, the rooms were clean, and the mattresses and pillows were acceptable. Don’t expect luxury, the hotel is rated three stars. The reception was a bit slow when I tried to extend my stay; they told me I had to do it online because it wasn’t possible at the front desk, only because they were a little lazy 😅.

“Dezamagire pe bani multi”

Nothing good. I paid for a four‑star experience and only got at most two stars: the dining area was cramped, there were no seats, the food was cafeteria‑style, the tables were dirty with dirty carpets, the staff were like kids, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, equipment was defective, the beach was far away with dirty mattresses, even infected.
