We booked and paid in April for an apartment for four people, but instead received two small, sparsely furnished rooms in a brockenhaus style with a shower/WC in the hallway. The rooms were in no way like the pictures shown at booking.

I stayed in a room that was spacious, but the bathroom was noticeably smaller. The location was great, right near the city center. Check‑in instructions were clear, yet once inside it felt like the cleaning crew had already left. The wardrobe where the fresh linens were kept was still open, dirty towels were on a chair by the door, and a vacuum cleaner lay in the middle of the hallway. The room itself could have been cleaner; I found dirty hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast didn’t start until 8 am, which I consider quite late for a weekday with a little one, and traffic caused a half‑hour delay that day. On the bright side, they managed to deliver food so the child could eat.
