The airport access was convenient, but the reception team ignored my repeated attempts to confirm the advertised shuttle service, so I ended up paying for a taxi.

The place was clean and the location was convenient, but they had no record of my reservation and I nearly had to find another hotel.

The staff were very polite, courteous, and professional, and they kindly let us check in early. The hotel was very clean.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the room was spotless, but it was tucked in the basement and cramped, making it not worth the price, and the location was far from any sights.
