The room was very comfortable. The Booking app said breakfast was included, but the hotel said it wasn’t, so they didn’t provide breakfast; a Saturday was missed because of the cold.

The cleanliness was excellent, the location convenient, and the TV might need updating, but it’s a good hotel.
