Nothing went well; the entire weekend was terrible, and on the day of arrival they told me they never received my booking information.

They had no reservation for me or a room even though I was booked through bookings.com.

They scammed me out of my money, left me without a place after a 12‑hour drive, refused to give me a credit, refused to help me find a new hotel, and refused to cover my stay.
