Located off Highway 35 in downtown Bigfork, the Timbers Motel is a short walk from Flathead Lake. Very pet friendly. You can borrow water and food bowls if needed. Nice pet area outside. Loved the laminate floors. No ugly carpeting. The microwave stopped working, but there was also a tea kettle, so I used that.

It’s close to Bigfork and the lake. The staff is overworked and the overall vibe was that it has absentee ownership.

The place is in a convenient spot. The heat wouldn’t stay on, so the room felt chilly, and there was only one extra blanket for the two beds.

The staff was rude, the room was gross, and they didn’t honor our upgrade cost, among other things.
