It’s new…. Some nice wood touches. The cost was insane… over $1000 per nite to get a view of a parking lot… to encounter homeless druggies out the front door… paper thin walls could here every snore cough or other noise…. Same sex bathrooms very uncomfortable….At most should be $250-300 max….specifically booked here for the roof bar…. Which was closed… probably worst hotel experience I’ve r er had

This hotel was very nice. They don’t have self parking but the valet service was on top of things. The Rooftop bar (Luna) was very nice with wonderful views. It was in walking distance to the Wharf

I didn’t find any positives. The hotel lacks a bellboy; you can’t call guest services to arrange valet, they just give you a number to text and you wait. It feels like you pay fifty dollars a day for valet and then do everything yourself. There are no Q‑tips in the toilet kits for a $650 a night room, which is ridiculously expensive for the quality. And it’s not even waterfront – you can’t see water from the lobby.
