I only saw the staff once, during the key handover; when I asked about breakfast times, they told me there was no breakfast at all, and suggested EDEKA on Saturday and McDonald's on Sunday as alternatives. The late notice that breakfast was unavailable was annoying, and the beds felt too soft.

The accommodation was generally good, and the breakfast was already decent. However, there was no way to use the breakfast room as a lounge area.

The outdoor area by the water was nice, but it doesn’t meet today’s standards. The triple room only had seating for two, the lower lounge area was unusable because it was constantly locked, and several repairs were needed (room door knob, sink plug, and the bathroom ventilation was very loud).
