The place was very close to Quest Mall and other amenities, but the staff were unfriendly and the room was tiny—just enough to sleep.

The location was decent, close to a mall for dinner, but the hotel felt unsafe and filthy; I asked for a new bedsheet because the original was stained, yet the replacement was also stained, so I left within an hour. Later the hotel claimed I never checked in, and I suspect the reviews are fake.

My stay at this hotel was truly enhanced by the exceptional staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their flexibility with our unusual check-in and arrival times was greatly appreciated, and it's clear that they take pride in providing top-notch service. While the hotel itself had some minor quirks, the staff's kindness and accommodating nature more than made up for any minor issues.
