“Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Jedoch ist die Situation aktuell nicht sehr gut. Da Baustelle läuft.”

The location is top. Easy access to Königsstraße near the U-Bahn and close to Schlossplatz. The breakfast is highly recommended. However, there is an ongoing construction that wasn't communicated, so nothing is finished. It’s very loud early in the morning. The staff tried to kick me out of the room at 11 am. Cleaning isn’t thorough. Also, I had booked a safe and a TV, but neither was present.

“Top emplacement”

The location. Too complicated inside; you have to go to several buildings. The receptionist almost made us pay extra because she couldn’t find us in the system, but aside from that the hotel was good.

The place was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, but getting to my room felt like navigating a labyrinth of stairwells until the 3rd floor; hopefully the elevator will be fixed soon.

“Location and great breakfast”

Close to the public transit and main shopping areas. Breakfast buffet was a major highlight. Only minor critique is that the shower floor can get a bit slippery when wet
