The room was spacious. It was a second‑floor room with no view or light, no pool or jacuzzi, and the parking was far too expensive.

It was near the attractions. I was charged double the price that was supposed to be, and the front desk staff were not helpful.

It looked modern and was clean. I thought the river view was a plus, but it turned out to be a drawback; the hotel sits on a road full of souvenir shops and bars, and we had to climb steep, unsafe stairs to reach Bay St Road where all the places we visited or ate at were located.

Breakfast was extra, and even though they charged for it, it should have been included. There was no pool or fitness center. We chose this hotel as the perfect spot for our family reunion, but we weren’t given the same opportunity as the other guests; we were rushed out of the meeting room where we were supposed to gather.
