The location was good, but a 4‑star property should let guests prepare tea at 3 pm on Sundays without rushing into town, and the dining room with a view was closed after breakfast—this falls short of 4‑star standards.

Top Empfang und beste Kommunikation mit dem Personal, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lobby mit gemütlicher Leseecke sehr einladend, Die Lage am Zusammenfluss von Steyr und Enns ist einzigartig und traumhaft schön! Ich hab den Ausblick sehr genossen, sowohl beim Treffen mit Freunden am Nachmittag als auch beim köstlichen Frühstücksbuffet. Definitiv ein Hotel, das ich für Kurzurlaube weiter empfehlen werde, komme sehr gerne wieder!. Dusche in der Badewanne, war wegen meiner Gehbehinderung mangels Haltegriff etwas mühsam. Hab ich bei der Zimmerbesichtigung in der Eile übersehen

The stay was pleasant, breakfast was very good, and the location is close to the center – you can walk around the city. On hot days a climate system would be desirable.

The location is unbeatable beautiful, and the hotel has a charm that is almost impossible to find elsewhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there is no external shading for the windows.
