Overall I was pleasantly surprised; I would stay here again. Maybe the price was a bit high for a weekday in October.

Extremely friendly young receptionist. Compliments to her. Great location. City center within walking distance. Parking space close to or sometimes right at the door. Coffee and breakfast around the corner. Top spot. We’d go back there again. The only thing that needs improvement (without much cost): the bathroom showed some loose paint on the ceiling and the wall in the shower area. Maybe a quick coat of paint. The designer radiator had some rust spots. Maybe replace or repaint it once. Everything else was excellent.
