The apartment had all the necessary equipment—microwave, air fryer, cooler, coffee maker, and more—for a comfortable stay. But we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own, the toilet was clogged when we arrived (my husband had to clear it), the air conditioner malfunctioned, and the fire alarm went off twice at night in two different hallway spots on 06/9/26, waking us up and making us worry about a fire; we barely slept. It was our first time in this type of accommodation. We have sent this review about three times and it keeps being returned; I don’t understand why they keep asking for it again.

Gostei do resort , a estrutura externa é muito boa. Piscinas ótimas , restaurante interno bom, até mercado pequeno interno tem, você pode comprar itens caso precise. Academia também , e playground para crianças , além de quadra. Um bom custo benefício. minhas críticas ficam para o flat 110 C em si, porém a experiência foi boa no geral. 1- a varanda tem cortina mas não tem black out , fica muito claro pela manhã. 2- existiam algumas baratas no banheiro , pequenas, porém acho que deveriam fazer dedetização (não que isso tenha atrapalhado a viagem) 3- faltam algumas panelas básicas ( um cuscuzeira por exemplo)

Almost everything was very good. The garden was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff in the garden, at reception, and at the gate were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. When we arrived, we had a small issue because one guest wasn’t registered, but the problem was fixed quickly; they were very attentive and helped us complete the registration, leaving the situation resolved and making our stay positive.
