The place is easy to reach and has plenty of parking, everything looked tidy, and there’s a great snack bar within walking distance. The outdoor terrace and pool, however, seemed a bit neglected.

The room was quiet and comfortable, but the experience was very disappointing, especially at the reception and with security. When I first called, a front‑desk staff member confirmed a room was available. When I said I wanted to book online, her tone changed immediately and she told me there was no longer availability and that she would “block the room for other guests,” in a very condescending way. Yet I was still able to book the same room online about 30 minutes later, which I found totally unacceptable. Even worse, the safety of the equipment was clearly inadequate: while using the hair dryer in the bathroom, a major short‑circuit occurred. I was genuinely afraid of being electrocuted and the incident caused a power outage on the floor. This was not a mere inconvenience but a serious safety issue. Despite the danger, no commercial gesture was offered, and I paid the full bill.
