The spot was very well located, the surroundings were quiet, and parking was adequate; however, I asked for extra toiletries for the second day of our stay and a box of Kleenex, and they never arrived; the power outlets were close to the toaster, the microwave didn’t work, and the toilet seat wasn’t fixed—overall we were disappointed by the listing’s description, although the view was a plus.

We got there late at night and were shocked to see that the large street‑facing window had no curtains at all; it was too late to contact the host, so I had to drape a bedsheet for privacy—offering a street‑facing room with no curtains is simply unacceptable.

“Un bon emplacement, mais un peu cher pour le rapport qualité/prix”

The place was clean and well equipped, and the location was perfect for enjoying Lévis and Québec; the basement studio didn’t feel like a proper bedroom, the fridge was right next to the bed, you had to leave the room to reach the bathroom, and there was a sliding door in front of the bed that opened onto a private space.

The tranquility of the place was great and the space was beautiful; it would have been nice to have an extra blanket, since the lower level was cooler and I couldn’t turn up the heating.
