The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helped me find a replacement charger at Oxxo after my room’s cable went missing, but the night shift staff couldn’t fix the issue. I was disappointed that this happened, especially since I was traveling for work.

The location is good and accessible, the hotel’s cleanliness is fine, and the breakfast is included and tasty; the staff are always very helpful, making it a great choice. Parking was a bit tricky because the ramps are narrow for my car’s dimensions, but they offered me a spot at the nearby Holiday Inn sister hotel so I could charge my electric car.
