I found the stay absolutely wonderful; after two weeks at an Ayurvedic resort, I didn’t want to end up in another typical hotel or large resort, so I chose this place for its authenticity and personal touch, which the reviews had promised. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. What really made it special was the hosts’ kindness and warmth—they treated me like family. The mother (whose name I’ll add) was incredibly kind, helped with laundry, prepared delicious breakfasts, and even cooked a wonderful curry. Sanju, her son, was also very friendly and made the stay even more pleasant. They even arranged transport to Colombo, which I appreciated. Everything felt genuine, welcoming, and special. Thank you for making my time in Sri Lanka even more memorable; I truly enjoyed it and will definitely return.

The room was fantastic, cozy, and in a quiet part of Mirissa, close to the beach but away from town noise. It was clean, had AC and a fan, a wardrobe, and a stand‑hanger. We enjoyed hot water and thick bath towels. The hosts were very hospitable and took great care of us, even giving us a small unexpected gift. We ordered amazing local‑style breakfast, received coffee on arrival and the next morning, and could order laundry service for a highly reasonable price. Please stay here! It’s such a great deal!

From the moment I stepped in, Kanthi (Mama) and Sanju welcomed me like family, making the Garden View Mirissa feel like a home away from home. Mama brewed tea for me, always checking if I had eaten—just like my mother back home—and even cooked dinner. She arranged beautiful, fragrant flowers on my terrace table, adding a special touch that made the stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re heading to Mirissa.

The accommodation is calm and the hosts are great. It’s easy to walk to everything you need in Mirissa.
