“Good location”

The spot was spot on, and the staff were super helpful—when I asked to switch rooms, the front desk handled it fast and without any hesitation. But there’s no real reception or common area; it’s just a desk in a room, and the desk isn’t staffed all the time, so getting in is a bit inconvenient. The only place to work or sit comfortably is the room itself. The original room needed a lot of TLC: the towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall, there was an open vent in the ceiling, general wear and tear, and the window wasn’t working. I told the front desk and they swapped rooms right away.

The location was fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to the metro, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the area feels safe even though it’s lively. Breakfast was good, with hot dishes, pancakes, cheeses, sausages, pastries, fruit, juices, tea, and coffee. The cleaning quality was mediocre, the bathroom door didn’t close well, and the AC couldn’t be adjusted on its own—it either blew cold like crazy or you had to ask the front desk to turn it off. The towel dryer didn’t work.

The hotel is beyond amazing; the receptionist lady was extremely helpful and all the staff were great. If I come to Paris again, this hotel will definitely be my choice. The location, cleanliness, friendly staff, clean room, and lovely facilities are all close to everything you need.

“l’emplacement est plutôt bien situé, mais cela ne compense malheureusement pas le manque de propreté”

The location was fine. The room was really tiny, and the cleanliness was clearly lacking, especially in the bathroom which was very dirty. The hotel was also poorly insulated: we were woken and disturbed all night by scratching noises from a rat, making the night especially unpleasant. Given the price paid, the value for money was very disappointing. The establishment does not match the standards expected of a 4‑star hotel, and we were very disappointed with our stay.

The décor and location are perfect, but I must emphasize the extreme kindness of the staff. The welcome, breakfast, and everything else were truly perfect. Nothing to add.
