Twice the card got stuck in the room and we locked ourselves out, but the staff came right away and sorted it out! The location is quiet and we relaxed a lot in the comfortable bed.

The building is brand‑new, just 10 minutes from Tropea center. The staff are very kind and helpful, and parking is free. It’s a great option.

The property was very well kept, spotless, and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on our trip. The host was pleasant, ready, and willing to meet every request. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location, easy parking, and cleanliness are positives. However, the walls are extremely thin and we could hear conversations from the room next door. The neighbors talked loudly on the phone until about 1:30 a.m.; we mentioned this to the host on day one, but nothing was done, so it kept disturbing us and made it hard to sleep. The shower was also unacceptable: very low water pressure and cold water. We asked the host for help, but again nothing changed, so we had to use the hand shower. I was also disappointed with the breakfast, which was marketed as a full breakfast but was really just a selection of pastries. I’d expect more for something advertised as breakfast. Overall, while the location, parking, and cleanliness were good, the lack of response to the problems we reported was especially disappointing. These issues should be addressed, especially when guests have already brought them to the host’s attention.

The peace and tranquility were perfect, but the breakfast service only allowed you to choose from a pastry shop’s list; there was no international breakfast like in many other facilities.
