The spot was perfect for what I was after, right in the middle of everything I needed. At check‑in they told me my reservation was wrong and slapped an 80 BRL charge for a mattress on the floor, which felt off. On top of that, the room door is glass, so anyone climbing the stairs can see straight into the room.

The host was really friendly and the place felt clean, spacious and well‑organized. I checked in late at night and the only thing missing was a bottle of water in the fridge. Otherwise everything worked fine.

The room was spotless and nicely arranged, and the neighborhood couldn't be better—supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and several malls are all within walking distance. It came equipped with the basics: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, mini‑fridge, towels and bedding. I wish there'd been a washer‑dryer and the curtains were a bit better since the sun hits straight on, but those are minor quirks that didn't spoil the stay.
