The Budget Double Room has its own private entrance, keeping the space separate from the main hotel areas. It includes an ensuite bathroom, a double bed for two guests, and a smart TV that requires personal streaming accounts for viewing. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided within the room.

The Suite offers a separate lounge area with a sofa that converts to an additional single bed and can accommodate a Z‑Bed or a cot, and a crib is available for two guests. The private bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower, with bathrobes and toiletries provided. Climate control is supplied by air conditioning, and the room features a Smart HD TV with Freeview, complimentary Wi‑Fi, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, safe, direct‑dial telephone, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, and bottled mineral water.

The bathroom was very dated and needed an upgrade, but the breakfast was lovely. The bathroom upgrade was very tired.
The hotel sits in the centre of town and, while pricey, the room was nice amid the maze of corridors. A party downstairs didn’t disturb me, which was a relief. I had to leave before breakfast began, so I can’t comment on that.
The hotel’s facilities and location were ideal for us, being close to the railway station and offering fast trains into London.

Everything was fine except for noisy neighbours outside the room—though that’s not the hotel’s fault. The shower’s hot water was unreliable.
