“It was great, I needed a swimming pool”
Everything was fine, but I was very disappointed that there was no swimming pool for my grandson, which this woman mentioned.
The place is really nice, very good location, beautiful view.
Really great location, spectacular view, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds.
“It was great! Highly recommend!”
The location was excellent, and there was nothing negative—it was perfect!
“Beautiful view, clean amenities, quiet stay, great staff.”
The view was phenomenal; I asked for a city view for my son’s birthday trip to NYC and they delivered—absolutely stunning. They didn’t provide enough towels or washcloths; we had to list the number and ages of the four guests (two teens and two adults) and only received two towels and two washcloths, which is a minor inconvenience. The breakfast included was great, offered as buffet or à la carte, yet we were billed $170 for it, which was confusing. The bill required the room number, and at 7 am it was a bit of a shell shock to see a charge for something supposedly included in the room rate—another minor issue that could be improved.
