The location and breakfast were fine, but over two days the housekeepers never entered to clean or replace towels and washcloths, kept knocking on our door asking if we were checking out, and the price we paid per night felt like we deserved better service; the front‑desk clerk who checked us in was not friendly at all, which mattered because she was the first person we met.
