The location was good, the facilities were comfortable and new, but the reception staff didn’t answer questions well, treated guests poorly, and failed to resolve issues that arose with the reservation or during the stay.

The location was good and the rooms were clean, yet the reception and parking security were awful; they reserved parking spots for certain guests even though we had multiple rooms, and they wanted us to leave the unit on the street when there were spots inside.
