“Nice hotel with a good breakfast”
We booked this hotel to explore east Vancouver Island. It’s well located for day trips to Campbell River or various beaches. The breakfast had a surprisingly wide variety and the kids loved the pool. Good value for money. It’s easy to reach by car, but the area isn’t very picturesque for walking around.
“Over good stay”
The location is good and the air‑conditioned room is comfortable and clean. The only issue was that the coffee machines in the room didn’t work in the morning; the first one was broken and the replacement wouldn’t pump water.
“Nice hotel but needed more clarification on the billing and cleaning could have been better.”
The hotel was nice. I did not like the way the charges were split into 2 bills. I signed a form when we checked in and got 2 emails with separate charges. It was confusing. We have stayed at this hotel for the past three years. It is convenient and we like it. It is confusing when the charges are split into two charges! The bathroom had someone else’s hair on the shower and floor. It could have been cleaned better. I had to call the front desk for more amenities. This is a nice hotel but lacked a few things
