I booked a room for a layover in Seoul, but they called me and told me to cancel because of overbooking. Their cancellation policy said I’d have to pay the full amount. I tried reaching out repeatedly for a free cancellation, but got no reply. I had to contact someone else for help, and it was a nightmare to sort out.
