Convenient spot, but the Wi‑Fi kept dropping; otherwise everything else worked fine, and a guest laundry area would be a welcome addition.

A nice hotel with clean rooms, lounge, and lobby, and the staff were friendly; nothing to complain about.

When I got to check in, nobody was there; I tried calling but got no answer for at least 35 minutes. I then went to the neighboring hotel hoping it was owned by the same people, and it was. A staff member from there walked over to our hotel to let me and another guest check in.
