The room was amazing, very spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the space itself felt like a small calm oasis with good amenities for the cold. However, the menu was large but many items were unavailable and we weren’t told before ordering; the staff in the dining area were not the friendliest, there was a weird vibe, and they didn’t look professional, and the food quality was just okay.

The property is stunningly beautiful, set in the picturesque Nubra Valley. The food was kind and decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The breakfast and à la carte dinner were excellent, the rooms were spacious with wonderful views, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was impractical and the facilities were not especially well maintained.

The food was fabulous and the staff were polite. However, the room assigned to us was tucked away in a secluded corner of the resort where the family stayed, which I didn’t like.
