“Best hotel in Georgia”

The hotel’s location is amazing, right near everything and directly on the river. The staff are very polite, there are plenty of breakfast options, and the hotel is very clean. Nothing negative.

The place has a good location and a large room, plus a spa complex. It’s a solid 4‑star hotel, not a 5‑star. For a 5‑star property, the room feels pretty worn: the table has scratches. The room’s music player is an old iPod‑compatible speaker about 15 years old, so you can’t plug in modern phones. The restaurant staff aren’t always friendly; when ordering from the cocktail menu some items were missing, so we had to pick alternatives (a 5‑star hotel should keep its menu up to date). Tea and coffee were only provided at check‑in; later days only water was refilled. On the first day the safe didn’t work, so we had to go to reception, where an employee came up and replaced the batteries. In the spa pool the hydro‑massage jets that should activate with a button don’t work, so their purpose is unclear. The spa brochure advertised Thai massage, but when we tried to book it turned out the service was unavailable, so we had to settle for a classic massage.

The location is incredible. The hotel feels a bit old and could use better maintenance.

“Beautiful views, modern facility, memorable.”

We enjoyed a memorable stay at the Crowne Plaza – Borjomi by IHG! The staff were friendly, helpful, and met our specific needs. The location is great. The river view from our room was picturesque, and the facility was immaculately clean and modern. I would definitely recommend it and maybe return someday.
