Nice location, good beds, very clean, good value for money. But when I arrived my reservation had been cancelled. Apparently a confirmed booking isn’t enough and you have to pay directly through the property to secure it. Why isn’t that deducted automatically when you enter your credit card details? I was faced with a full door and only the option of a double‑priced private room on the noisy street side. It’s clear that this ruined my mood and my sleep, and therefore the rating. Some soothing words might have helped, but they didn’t come. Without this hassle and with the room on the other side it would have been great!
