“Such a bad experience for a well known hotel.”

The shower worked well and the air conditioner was quiet, but the parking was a nightmare because it’s mixed with the Pearl Shopping complex and I could never find a spot. The room was an old space that had just been refurbished, and I missed breakfast because there were so many guests; I paid RM80 for two people and didn’t get any refund. The bed was uncomfortable, and the lift was always jammed with people heading to the conference in the ballroom. It was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a short retreat.

“Stay was good, bed was excellent, food was okay but family room needs to be looked (add bathroom)”

We booked the Family Executive Room for 2 nights; the room was nice and comfortable, especially the bed, but it should have 2 bathrooms because 4 people shared one, which is not good. Breakfast was simple but okay, missing local staples like nasi lemak, mee hoon, or mee goreng. The family room has only 1 bathroom, which is not good if adults need to go in the morning; adding another bathroom would improve it.
