I’ve stayed here several times; it’s a tiny hotel in the smile country, a hidden adult retreat. Every email after booking starts with “welcome back again.” The vibe has shifted a bit since the owner changed, which I notice as a long‑time guest. As a wine lover, I feel a little disappointed, but the staff’s response when I left something behind was simply outstanding. The Japanese staff were also present and handled detailed, involved conversations with care, giving me great reassurance and help. The feeling of being right across from Kata Beach in Phuket, like a summer holiday visit to a countryside grandma’s house, is unforgettable. This place is wonderful.

Perfect hotel! Beautiful, clean, literally on the sea. The pool is small but stunning! Breakfast is the best we’ve ever had, the staff are attentive and caring, they upgraded us, the poolside cocktails are excellent, beyond expectations—we didn’t want to leave the premises. Nothing else.

The staff are very nice, helped and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The location is excellent on the beach in a stunning bay. Those who love surfing can rent a board and take lessons. Breakfast is superb, served at the table. The stay is very refreshing compared to other hotels. The hotel is quiet and intimate, no small children (we had toddlers and they enjoyed it a lot). The area is nice and calm. Many restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was a bit noisy at night and that disturbed our sleep. The shower water pressure was weak. There was no balcony for drying beachwear in our room.
