The owners are wonderful and friendly! We also got free grapes. The location is right in the center, a short walk from the station and the castle itself. A kind request: there are stray dogs and cats around, please feed them—they’re absolutely adorable! Luka Rabati’s rating is top! I recommend it to every traveler. As is common in the Caucasus, there’s a bit of a ventilation issue in the bathrooms; they could be cleaned more often to prevent mold. We also had a minor issue with the door lock, but the owners fixed it quickly.

The owners were very friendly, the spot was central and close to the bus station, but they should charge a bit more and provide better warmth and hot water. In the night it was so cold that I had to wear my down jacket; I had two blankets but they didn’t really keep me warm. The heating couldn’t be turned on. The mattress on the window side was moldy at the top and bottom, which I noticed when I was straightening the sheet. The other bed was fine. One evening the water was only 11 °C, so it was just cold water.
