The breakfast was solid and the room was comfy, with good WiFi. The restaurant service was practically nonexistent; we had to hunt around the hotel for someone to serve us. We ordered two pizzas and two beers, but the beers never arrived even after asking three times, and several guests left the restaurant because they were never served.
The location and breakfast were good. The room lacked a bathrobe and slippers, the toilet lid was broken and uncomfortable to sit on, the shower needed an update, and the shower cabin felt more like a hostel.
The staff were fairly friendly and the three‑star breakfast was acceptable; the only missing item was a shoehorn.

The bed was spotless with a down duvet and pillows, the air‑conditioner performed perfectly in the heat, and two bottles of water were left in the room; thanks to the hotel manager for allowing a 1.5‑hour late checkout free of charge even though reception said there would be a fee. The breakfast seemed to have everything but still felt off compared with other hotels in U‑ka, the bathroom smelled, the shower looked shabby and the showerhead was almost clogged, and the towels look like they haven’t been changed since the hotel opened.
