Staff and manager rudest Ive met and stayed at in 25 yrs! Very outdated and old. Very dirty. Took 1 hrs to check in. Nothing. This establishment sucked!
“I was disappointed”
The pool looked nice and the location on the road into Manistee town was convenient, plus there was plenty of parking and breakfast was okay. However, the furniture was dated and needs an upgrade, the lake‑view room I booked didn’t actually let me see the lake because the double‑glazed windows steamed up, the curtains were ripped, the disabled bathroom lacked assistance for getting up from the toilet, there was no coffee maker in the room, the room doors didn’t spring shut, and the beds were very hard—though that might suit some people.
